NAB MissionsThe North American Baptist Conference (the denomination Whyte Ridge Baptist belongs to) is looking for individuals who are willing to serve as missionaries in various countries around the world. These positions range in length from several months to several years and longer.

Far Corners Ministry (India)

Far Corners Far Corners Ministry exists to support the growing church in Northeast India by training local pastors and lay leaders, building churches, and helping the poor. They do this in partnership with Canadians, inviting them to take an active role in realizing each of these three objectives.

Whyte Ridge Baptist has sent a number of Ministry Teams to serve in partnership with Far Corners: 2010 Mission Trip, 2012 Mission Trip. Watch for news of the next Mission Team to serve with Far Corners Ministry in India.

Gateway Teams

Gateway Teams LogoGateway Teams exists to help churches participate in short term missions with excellence. Their motto is: Kingdom partnerships through short term missions. They specialize in helping churches develop long-term partnerships with churches or organizations overseas. These long-term partnerships are then enhanced through ongoing missions to help in Children’s ministry, Sports Camps, ESL classes, Leadership Training, Construction, and many other ministries.

Gateway Teams is a North American Baptist Conference mission partner that helps NAB churches effectively serve through short term missions. Gateway Teams are sent to countries such as: Paraguay, Brazil, Mexico, Romania, Hungary, and Cameroon, West Africa.

People of all ages who are followers of Jesus Christ are eligible to serve with a Gateway Team.
