Johanna Jorgensen

From Johanna Jorgensen: Thank you to all those who have been praying for my family and I as we are on this cancer journey. God has been with us and we have felt your prayers. So far, the CT scan, ultrasound, and blood work have all come back clear! I had surgery 3 weeks ago to remove a large portion of my stomach so they could catch any remaining melanoma, as well as removal of some lymph nodes to see if the cancer has spread to there. Some specific things we'd love prayer for:

1. Please be praying for us tomorrow (September 25th) as we will be going to Cancer Care to find out if the cancer has spread to my lymph nodes. This is the biggest test result we've been waiting for and we're a little nervous about this one! Please pray it hasn't spread.

2. Please be praying that the results of my bone scan come back clear (although I'm less worried about that one).

3. Please pray also be praying that pain in my chest is just anxiety and not cancer related.

4. Please pray I get the all clear tomorrow to lift my kids. I haven't been able to lift my kids for 3 weeks so that's been challenging with a 9 month old and a 2 year old!

5. Please pray that my staging doesn't go up. I'm stage 2, but tomorrow we find out what my official cancer stage is.

Thank you! We so, so appreciate the love, prayer, and support from our church!
