Our annual Kids at the Ridge program registration is OPEN for September 2026 to August 2027. Please fill out this form for all children attending our programs in Nursery up to Grade 6.
This registration information provides us with important information about your child and is required by insurance to be completed each year for each child attending our kids programming throughout the year.
