Parents, if you haven’t done so already, please fill out our 4HG Registration Form for your family for this Ministry Year!
We have a new form this year! So please read over the registration form instructions at the top to make sure you can register your student(s) properly.
This registration will apply to September 2026 to August 2027. We require this information for the safety and care of your student and it is required every year. It also helps us plan for more accurate group sizes and supervision and to be able to plan materials needed each week.
