Resource Center Material

We have two grandchildren whose parents do not believe in God and do not want them to be exposed to Christianity, although they are exposed to other ‘things’. Our 7 year old grandson is an avid reader and quite advanced.  He has repeated what he hears and that there is no God, it is science and the Big Bang created everything.  We found several books in the resource center, one a comic style book Jesus Saves, and the other quite the graphic book on Good vs Evil.  We just left them ‘laying’ around our house when they came over.  He first saw it and walked away but I found him going back to it.  Before we knew it he had read quite a bit and was engaging us in really good conversation and asking great questions.  Both he and his sister are now open and know where we come from and feel comfortable to talk to us when they feel it.  God is so good and planting of seeds is so essential.  Thank you Pastor Doug for this resource center!
